Arbitrary file overwrite via unchecked manifest paths

Path traversal in Debian Debusine 0.12.0 through 0.14.8 allows remote attackers to overwrite worker-accessible files via crafted manifests. The Deb822 parser accepts multi-component filenames such as ../file from Files and checksum fields, and MergeUploads uses them to create symlinks outside its working directory. An unauthenticated network submission of a crafted .dsc or .changes artifact is sufficient, and the overwrite is limited to paths writable by the worker account.
