Local credential disclosure via unprotected module output

Information disclosure in community.general keyring_info shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows local users to read keyring passphrases. The plugins/modules/keyring_info.py module writes the retrieved secret to result["passphrase"] without no_log suppression, exposing it in registered results, debug output, fact caches, and job logs. Local low-privileged access to those outputs is required; the documented consequence is credential disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
