Workspace data access via permissive credentialed CORS
Published Jan 19, 2026 · Updated Jan 19, 2026
Permissive CORS in Altium 365 allows context-dependent attackers to access authenticated workspace APIs from trusted subdomains. Workspace endpoints accept credentialed cross-origin requests from less-trusted Altium subdomains because allowed origins include forum.live.altium.com. Exploitation requires JavaScript on an allowed origin and a logged-in victim; resulting access includes workspace data, administrative actions, and IP-allowlist bypass.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
