Arbitrary file read in IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty 17.0.0.3 through 26.0.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to read server files. The flaw is reachable only when restConnector-2.0 processes requests, but IBM has not published the faulty operation or how a request selects a file.
