Unauthenticated internal network probing via unchecked jwks_uri

Blind SSRF in Red Hat build of Keycloak 26.4 allows remote attackers to probe internal services through OIDC client registration. During private_key_jwt validation, the registration flow fetches keys from an attacker-supplied jwks_uri without restricting its destination. Anonymous or token-based registration must be enabled; timing and error differences reveal reachability without returning response bodies.
