Cluster takeover via hard-coded replication secret

Hard-coded credentials in Central Dogma before 0.84.0 allow remote attackers to take over ZooKeeper-replicated clusters. ZooKeeperReplicationConfig.secret() silently replaces an omitted replication.secret with the public ch4n63m3 value and wires it into both client and quorum SASL contexts. ZooKeeper replication must be enabled; loopback access permits replication-log reads, while access to inter-replica ports permits peer impersonation and arbitrary replicated commands.
