CVE-2026-11745

Repository compromise via disabled SSH host-key verification

Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026

Authentication bypass in Central Dogma before 0.84.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read or alter mirrored repositories. SshGitMirror installs an Apache MINA SSHD ServerKeyVerifier that returns true for every presented host key while disabling known-hosts fallbacks. Exploitation requires an on-path network position and an enabled git+ssh:// mirror; it exposes repository contents, permits injected commits, and can disclose SSH credentials.
