Insufficient policy enforcement in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.103 allows remote attackers to leak cross-origin data via crafted HTML. The Network component fails to enforce cross-origin access policy after the browser utility process has been compromised; Google has not disclosed the responsible code path. Exploitation requires user interaction with crafted HTML and prior utility-process compromise, and the reported consequence is data disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
