Remote code execution via Payments use-after-free
Published Jun 8, 2026 · Updated Jun 8, 2026
Use-after-free in Google Chrome Payments before 149.0.7827.103 on Mac allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted HTML. Google has not disclosed the affected Payments code path or the lifetime error that leaves an object accessible after its storage is released. A Mac user must load the attacker-controlled page; successful exploitation runs arbitrary code in the browser's context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
