Sandboxed code execution via V8 out-of-bounds access
Published Jun 8, 2026 · Updated Jun 8, 2026
Out-of-bounds memory access in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.103 allows remote attackers to execute code inside its sandbox via crafted HTML. V8 reads from and writes to memory outside an intended boundary while processing attacker-controlled page content; Google has restricted the underlying bug details. A user must open or visit the crafted page, and successful exploitation controls code only inside Chrome's sandbox unless combined with a separate escape.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
