Arbitrary command execution via shell-interpolated repository name

OS command injection in Rich Harris degit before 2.8.6 and 3.0.0 through 3.3.0 allows attackers to execute commands via a repository name. The _cloneWithGit and fetchRefs paths interpolate repository-derived SSH or URL values into command strings passed to child_process.exec, allowing shell metacharacters to alter the command. Exploitation requires a user or consuming application to process the crafted source, after which commands run with the degit process user's privileges.
