TLS server impersonation via stale native trust

Certificate validation bypass in libcurl 8.17.0 through 8.20.0 allows remote attackers to impersonate TLS servers during handle reuse. The SSL configuration completion path leaves native_ca_store true after an earlier transfer enables it instead of recalculating the flag when custom CA settings are applied. Exploitation requires reuse of one easy handle on an Apple or Windows Native CA build; the curl command-line tool is unaffected.
