Unauthenticated import access via hard-coded password

Hard-coded credentials in SourceCodester Onlne Examination & Learning Management System 1.0 allow remote attackers to access the import endpoint. The import_users.php handler accepts the raw_password value CICT_2026 as a fixed password instead of a user-specific secret. No prior authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to unauthorized data access through that endpoint.
