Account deletion via unvalidated cross-origin request

Cross-site request forgery in mpay 1.2.0 through 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to delete accounts through an authenticated user's browser. The account-management deletion function accepts a state-changing request without establishing that it originated from the application. A logged-in user must interact with attacker-controlled content; successful exploitation removes an account, while broader disclosure or tampering is not demonstrated.
