Unauthenticated password reset via hard-coded value

Hard-coded password in SourceCodester Barangay Resident Profiling and Information Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to reset accounts. The Password Reset Handler in passsword_reset.php accepts new_password as the fixed value password123 instead of validating an authorized reset secret. No prior authentication or user interaction is required, and successful use changes an account password without disclosing data or interrupting service.
