Reflected XSS via unencoded patientid response

Reflected XSS in itsourcecode.com Hospital Management System in PHP 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script via patientid. The /billing.php endpoint places the patientid URL parameter directly into its HTML response without sanitization or output encoding. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require a victim to open a crafted URL; the script then runs in that victim's browser session.
