Authenticated command execution via unsanitized traceroute parameter
Published Jan 19, 2026 · Updated Jan 19, 2026
Command injection in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating system commands. The setTracerouteCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the POST body command parameter to doSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Low-privileged access to the web management interface is required; successful injection executes commands on the router without user interaction.
