Stored XSS via unsanitized notice titles

Stored XSS in CodeAstro Human Resource Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via crafted notice titles. The /notice/All_notice workflow stores the Notice Title POST value without neutralization and renders it on every account dashboard. An employee account can plant a persistent payload that runs in other authenticated users' browsers, including administrators.
