Cross-project vector disclosure via unscoped cache lookup

Information disclosure in Yoan Bernabeu grepai 0.35.0 and earlier allows local users to obtain another project's cached vector. PostgresStore.LookupByContentHash queries the shared chunks table by content_hash alone and omits project_id, so a matching hash returns a vector from any project. Exploitation requires two projects to share one PostgreSQL backend and the local user to know or reproduce a victim chunk's raw-content hash; source text is not returned.
