OS command injection in TP-Link Systems Inc. TL-WR940N V6 firmware before V6_260528 allows attackers to execute system commands. The BigPond Cable (BPA) WAN configuration module inserts certain user-supplied parameters into system command construction without proper sanitization. Administrative access to the web management interface from an adjacent network is required, and exploitation grants elevated command execution that can expose data, alter configuration, or interrupt the device.
