Metric injection via unsanitized event tags

Metric injection in Deriv DataDog::DogStatsd 0 through 0.07 allows attackers to forge telemetry through crafted event tags. The format_event method joins unvalidated tags and applies an ineffective unescaped pipe-removal regex, leaving commas and control delimiters intact. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled tags to event(), which then sends forged tags or metric lines to its DogStatsD endpoint.
