Browser content modification via unneutralized department name

Cross-site scripting in fetch.php in Tittu Varghese College Management System allows remote attackers to modify browser content. The endpoint processes the attacker-controlled department_name value without neutralizing it for page generation, making script-capable input executable in the browser.
