Remote code execution via unquoted version input
Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
OS command injection in all published versions of Cloudflare Pages GitHub Action allows remote attackers to execute code on a workflow runner. The src/index.ts deployment path interpolates the wranglerVersion input directly into an npx package specifier executed by shellac without constraining shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires a workflow configuration that lets attacker-controlled data reach that input and runs the action; successful execution can expose workflow secrets and alter or interrupt the runner job.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
