Reflected XSS via unescaped redirect-url output
Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026
Reflected XSS in EVERTEC WooCommerce Placetopay Gateway 3.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via redirect-url. The payment flow accepts the redirect-url query value and emits it into the generated payment page without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires a victim to open an attacker-crafted link, after which the injected script runs in that victim's browser context.
