Unauthenticated command execution via wd_enable shell concatenation

Command injection in D-Link DIR-823X 250416 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the Wi-Fi dog settings endpoint. The goahead handler sub_412E7C concatenates the untrusted wd_enable field into a shell command despite inadequate filtering. An unauthenticated HTTP POST to /goform/set_wifidog_settings is sufficient to obtain command execution and shell access on the router.
