Cross-origin data disclosure via crafted HTML
Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026
Inappropriate implementation in Google Chrome's Network component before 149.0.7827.53 allows remote attackers to leak cross-origin data. A crafted HTML page triggers an undisclosed error in Chrome's network origin validation; Chromium keeps the underlying issue restricted. A user must open the attacker-controlled page, and the reported consequence is cross-origin data disclosure without integrity or availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
