Cross-origin clipboard disclosure via missing sequence check

Origin validation error in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.53 allows remote attackers to read updated clipboard images via crafted HTML. DataObjectItem::GetAsFile() lazily reads PNG data after SystemClipboard::ResetSnapshot() clears the paste snapshot, but omits the clipboard sequence-number check used by GetAsString(). Exploitation requires a user to paste an image into the crafted page, a nested copy command to reset the snapshot, and a clipboard change before getAsFile() reads it, exposing the replacement image to page script.
