Session hijacking via unsanitized social posts
Published Apr 10, 2026 · Updated Apr 10, 2026
Stored XSS in the social feature of ParisNeo LoLLMS before 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in Home Feed viewers' browsers. The create_post function in backend/routers/social/init.py saves post_data.content directly to DBPost without sanitizing untrusted HTML or script. Exploitation requires attackers to submit a social post and a victim to view the Home Feed; script then runs in the victim's session, including an administrator's.
