Local code execution via WebView callback race

Use after free in WebView in Google Chrome on Android before 149.0.7827.53 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via a malicious file. AwPacProcessor.destroy() deletes the native object after unregistering its network callback, but queued callbacks can still pass the stale JNI pointer. Reachability requires local execution and user interaction; the disclosed scenario uses an app with VpnService permission to race network changes.
