CVE-2026-10953Network attack vector

Sandbox escape via Core use-after-free

Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026

Use after free in Core in Google Chrome on Android before 149.0.7827.53 allows remote attackers controlling a renderer to escape its sandbox. The public record identifies stale-memory access in Core, but the restricted Chromium issue leaves the freed object and triggering operation undisclosed. A crafted HTML page and prior renderer compromise are required; successful exploitation crosses the Android browser sandbox into a more privileged context.
