Use after free in Cast in Google Chrome before 149.0.7827.53 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via local-network traffic. The Cast component accesses an object after its memory has been freed while processing malicious network traffic; Google has not disclosed the affected function or lifetime error. The attacker must share the target's local network segment, but exploitation requires neither authentication nor user interaction and runs attacker-controlled code in Chrome's security context.
