Unauthenticated admin access via Username SQL injection
Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Ship/Ferry Ticket Reservation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access the admin panel without credentials. The login handler inserts the user-controlled Username value into its authentication query without neutralizing SQL syntax, so an always-true condition changes the query result. No account or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants administrative application access.
