Post-login open redirect via unvalidated session URL

Open redirect in MISP 2.5.38 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users to an external URL after successful authentication. UsersController::routeafterlogin() consumed the pre_login_requested_url session value as a redirect target without enforcing a local application path. Exploitation requires a victim to follow a crafted link and authenticate; the resulting off-site redirect can support phishing or counterfeit login pages.
