Out-of-bounds read in Citrix NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway allows remote attackers to disclose memory via crafted TCP traffic. NetScaler has not published the exact parsing locus; its bulletin says insufficient validation triggers an overread during TCP timestamp processing. Exposure requires TCP TimeStamp enabled in a profile attached to an LB, CS, or VPN virtual server or service, including inherited default profiles, and the reported consequence is memory disclosure only.
