Image substitution via dimension-blind cache hashing

Cache-key collision in ModelScope ms-swift 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2.0 allows local users to substitute images in multimodal workflows. Template._save_pil_image hashes only PIL's flattened pixel bytes, omitting mode, width, and height, then reuses an existing PNG at the resulting path. A low-privileged local user must supply equal-length pixel streams with different shapes; successful exploitation makes inference or training consume the wrong cached image.
