Stored XSS via unescaped footnote qualifier attribute

Stored XSS in jQuery Hover Footnotes 1.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through footnote qualifiers. The qualifier parser places {{...}} content into an HTML attribute without context-appropriate escaping, so a quote-plus-event-handler payload bypasses wp_kses_post(). Author-level access is required to store the payload, which executes in the browser whenever a user opens the injected page.
