Process crash via wrapped BTF bounds checks

Integer overflow in Cilium ebpf-go before 0.22.0 allows local users to crash a consuming process with malformed BTF data. In btf/loadRawSpec, 32-bit additions of attacker-controlled StringOff plus StringLen and TypeOff plus TypeLen wrap before bounds checks, allowing an out-of-range slice operation. Exploitation requires a local user to supply a malformed eBPF ELF/BTF artifact to an application that calls LoadCollectionSpec or LoadCollectionSpecFromReader, and the demonstrated consequence is a process-level crash.
