Physical target-write denial via masked START interrupt

Denial of service in Zephyr RTOS 4.0.0 through 4.4.1 allows physically proximate attackers to halt DesignWare I2C target writes. The rx_full handler suppresses write_requested while CMD_SEND remains set, but i2c_dw_slave_register omits START_DET from the interrupt mask, leaving the restart reset path unreachable. An I2C master on the same physical bus can issue a write-repeated-start-write sequence that disables later target writes until the device is reset.
