Local privilege escalation via signed source check

Out-of-bounds write in Zephyr RTOS 3.3.0 through 4.4.1 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via log_filter_set. The z_vrfy_log_filter_set verifier accepts a negative src_id in a signed bounds check, then treats it as an unsigned log_dynamic index for an out-of-bounds read-modify-write. Reachability requires an unprivileged user thread plus CONFIG_USERSPACE and CONFIG_LOG_RUNTIME_FILTERING; the constrained kernel write provides a privilege-escalation primitive.
