Local kernel fault via zero SPI frequency

Divide by zero in the DesignWare SPI driver in Zephyr RTOS 1.8.0 through 4.4.1 allows local users to trigger a kernel fault. spi_dw_configure() divides the controller clock by the userspace-supplied spi_config frequency without rejecting zero. Exploitation requires CONFIG_USERSPACE=y and an unprivileged thread granted access to a DesignWare SPI device; the resulting CPU exception interrupts the kernel without corrupting memory or disclosing data.
