Local denial of service via leaked poll allocations

Memory leak in the CONFIG_USERSPACE poll syscall verifier in Zephyr 1.12.0 through 4.4.1 allows local users to exhaust the kernel heap. z_vrfy_k_poll() allocates events_copy, then an inline K_OOPS terminates a thread on a forged event handle without releasing that buffer. Exploitation requires CONFIG_USERSPACE and low-privileged code able to spawn sacrificial threads; repeated calls deplete the shared resource pool and interrupt system operation.
