CVE-2026-10664Public exploit

Memory corruption via unchecked TWT flow count

Published Jul 12, 2026 · Updated Jul 12, 2026

Out-of-bounds write in the nRF70 Wi-Fi driver in Zephyr RTOS 4.4.0 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a malformed power-save event. The nrf_wifi_event_proc_get_power_save_info() handler trusts num_twt_flows and event_len while copying firmware-supplied TWT entries into the eight-element twt_flows array. Exploitation requires CONFIG_NRF70_STA_MODE and a malformed nRF70 coprocessor response to a host-initiated GET; direct access-point control is not established.
