Internal service access via unchecked ZIP URL
Published Jun 2, 2026 · Updated Jun 2, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Blender MCP allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services through a crafted ZIP URL. The import_generated_asset_hunyuan flow passes zip_file_url to the add-on, which accepts any HTTP(S) destination and calls requests.get without restricting resolved addresses. Hunyuan3D must be enabled and the MCP server running; the Blender process can then issue GET requests to internal, loopback, or link-local endpoints.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
