Unauthenticated service crash via overflowing message sizes

Integer overflow in Pacemaker's CIB remote listener allows remote attackers to crash the service with a crafted compressed message. In pcmk__remote_message_xml(), attacker-controlled payload_offset and payload_uncompressed values wrap allocation-size arithmetic, leaving a buffer too small for decompression. The listener must be enabled through remote-clear-port or remote-tls-port; TLS requires a completed handshake, but client authentication is not required.
