Device crash via reset of NULL packet buffer

NULL-pointer dereference in Zephyr RTOS 4.4.0 allows local users to crash devices through crafted MCUmgr serial traffic. mcumgr_serial_process_frag() resets the result of nonblocking smp_packet_alloc() before checking for NULL after the four-entry packet pool is exhausted. Repeated new packets over enabled UART, raw-UART, or shell-console transports exhaust the shared pool and trigger a device fault, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
