Authenticated remote command execution via unescaped key content

Command injection in Bastillion 4.0.0 through 4.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed systems via uploaded SSH keys. The upload path stores SSH public key text without sanitizing its content, and SSHUtil.addPubKey inserts that text into a single-quoted echo command. Public-key upload privileges and a distribution event are required; injected commands run on each target host receiving the key.
