Stored XSS via unescaped code-fence attribute values

Stored cross-site scripting in Hugo Authors' Hugo 0.93.0 through 0.165.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via code-fence attributes. RenderAttributes writes string values from fenced-code info attributes verbatim, so a quote terminates an attribute and injects an event handler. The default renderer reaches this path without unsafe mode or custom hooks, and the injected script runs for every visitor who loads the generated page.
