Unauthenticated SQL injection via TrimMsg wide-byte bypass
Published Jun 2, 2026 · Updated Jun 2, 2026
SQL injection in the Feedback Handler of DedeCMS 5.7.88 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the msg parameter. The TrimMsg function in /plus/feedback.php fails to neutralize crafted GBK wide-byte input before it reaches an SQL statement. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection is bounded by the application database account's permissions.
