File-upload disruption via unbounded document extraction

Resource exhaustion in affected Mattermost Server versions allows remote authenticated users to degrade file uploads for all users. The server-side document content extractor applies no time or resource bound to small, expensive-to-extract documents, letting repeated uploads saturate the shared worker pool. File-upload permission is required; affected releases are 10.11.0 through 10.11.20, 11.6.0 through 11.6.5, 11.7.0 through 11.7.3, and 11.8.0.
