Unauthenticated command execution via sensitive-path writes

Improper access control in Kiro IDE before 0.11 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through crafted instructions. The file write tool accepts those instructions and writes attacker-controlled content to execution-sensitive paths such as .vscode/tasks.json, which the IDE automatically runs when a folder opens. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to open the affected folder, and successful commands run with the user's local privileges.
